Tortel di patate Rosti Giallo Zafferano

Ingradients
- 500g potatoes
- 40g butter
- Salt and Pepper as needed
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes until cook (test with a fork)
- Peel and mash the potatos while still hot
Cooking
- Put the butter in a pan and wait until dissolve
- Put the mashed potatoes and press everything well with a spatula
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook for a few minutes until brown (each side)
