Ingradients
- 500g Flour 00
- 300ml lukewarm water (best at 25 degrees)
- 8g dry yeast
- passata sauce
- salt
- sugar
Preparation
- put all the flour in a bowl
- prepare a bowl with lukewarm water
- put the yeast and 1 tea spoon of sugar (wait around 10 minutes until foam appear)
- slowly add the yeast while keeping mixing
- add the salt
- knead into a well rounded dough
- put the dough into a bowl and close it with transparent film
- let it rest until double the size.
- split the dough and make the pizza shape
- add the passata sauce
Cooking
- preheat the oven at 250 degrees with static mode selected
- insert the pizza with the passata sauce and cook for about 6-7 minutes
- add the others ingredients to the pizza
- cook for another 6-7 minutes until done
