Preparation

  1. put all the flour in a bowl
  2. prepare a bowl with lukewarm water
  3. put the yeast and 1 tea spoon of sugar (wait around 10 minutes until foam appear)
  4. slowly add the yeast while keeping mixing
  5. add the salt
  6. knead into a well rounded dough
  7. put the dough into a bowl and close it with transparent film
  8. let it rest until double the size.
  9. split the dough and make the pizza shape
  10. add the passata sauce

Cooking

  1. preheat the oven at 250 degrees with static mode selected
  2. insert the pizza with the passata sauce and cook for about 6-7 minutes
  3. add the others ingredients to the pizza
  4. cook for another 6-7 minutes until done
