- 1,5L of bechamel every 1Kg of minced meat
- 500g Lasagna pasta
Preparation
- start by adding bechamel to the pot
- Add lasagna pasta
- Add ragu
- Add bechamel
- Add cheese
- Repeat and make 6 layers of lasagna pasta
Cooking
- 50mins in the oven at 180 degrees (cover the pot otherwise the lasagna will become dry)
- take off the cover and cook until crispy on top
