Preparation

  1. start by adding bechamel to the pot
  2. Add lasagna pasta
  3. Add ragu
  4. Add bechamel
  5. Add cheese
  6. Repeat and make 6 layers of lasagna pasta

Cooking

  1. 50mins in the oven at 180 degrees (cover the pot otherwise the lasagna will become dry)
  2. take off the cover and cook until crispy on top
