Gnocchi di patate Giallo Zafferano
Notes
- Be careful not to work much the dough otherwise the gnocchi will be very hard when cooked
Ingradients
- 1Kg Potatoes
- 1 Egg
- 300g Flour 00
- Salt as needed
Preparation
- Cook the potatoes in the oven for 45 mins at 180 degrees (test with a fork)
- Peel and mash the potatos while still hot
- Let the mash potatos get cold
- Make the dough with the flour first, potatoes and then the egg and the salt (the dough has to be quite soft, not too hard)
- Give the shape to the gnocchi
Cooking
- Put them in boiled water until they rise to the top
