Preparation

  1. Cook the potatoes in the oven for 45 mins at 180 degrees (test with a fork)
  2. Peel and mash the potatos while still hot
  3. Let the mash potatos get cold
  4. Make the dough with the flour first, potatoes and then the egg and the salt (the dough has to be quite soft, not too hard)
  5. Give the shape to the gnocchi

Cooking

  1. Put them in boiled water until they rise to the top
