  1. heat the milk in a small pot
  2. in another pot melt the butter over low heat
  3. add all the flour slowly and stir fast with a whisk to prevent lumps until the mixture turns golden
  4. add a pinc of salt
  5. start to add the milk slowly to the butter and flour mixture and keep stirring until the milk is finished or until reach prefereed consistency
