Ingredients
- ~1L whole milk
- 100g flour 00
- 100g butter
- Salt as needed
Cooking
- heat the milk in a small pot
- in another pot melt the butter over low heat
- add all the flour slowly and stir fast with a whisk to prevent lumps until the mixture turns golden
- add a pinc of salt
- start to add the milk slowly to the butter and flour mixture and keep stirring until the milk is finished or until reach prefereed consistency
